Study Timer: Focus with Momo

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Study Timer: Focus with Momo ("Momo"), developed and published by Cloud Motion Lab LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Momo is a study timer application designed to help you focus during study and work sessions. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app or its content.
Momo offers optional in-app purchases including a weekly subscription ($3.99/week) and a one-time lifetime purchase ($9.99). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
The weekly subscription includes a 3-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
All purchases are made through Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
All content in Momo — including the Momo character, animations, audio design, visual assets, and code — is the intellectual property of Cloud Motion Lab LLC and is protected by copyright law. The Momo character and brand are proprietary creations of Cloud Motion Lab LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the app without written permission.
Momo displays optional rewarded advertisements provided by Unity Ads to non-subscribed users. Ads are shown on an opt-in basis before study sessions and never interrupt active timer sessions. Subscribing or purchasing lifetime access removes all advertisements.
Momo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Momo is a productivity tool and does not provide medical, educational, or professional advice. Study outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Motion Lab LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, lost study time, or device issues.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
