Study Timer: Focus with Momo

Cloud Motion Lab LLC ("we," "our," or "us") built Study Timer: Focus with Momo ("Momo") as a commercial application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.
Momo is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require account creation, login, or any personal information to use the app. All study session data (timer history, session notes, streaks) is stored locally on your device using SwiftData and is never transmitted to our servers.
Momo uses the following third-party services that may collect information:
Unity Ads: We display optional rewarded advertisements to non-subscribed users. Unity Technologies may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data for ad delivery and analytics. You can review Unity's privacy policy at unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Apple StoreKit: Subscription and purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies to all transactions.
The following data is stored locally on your device only and never leaves your phone: study session history (duration, date, timestamps), session notes you write, streak data, timer presets, and app preferences (sound mode, theme settings). You can delete this data at any time by deleting the app.
We do not use any analytics SDKs or tracking tools. We do not track your behavior, screen views, or usage patterns. The only analytics we receive are aggregated, anonymous App Store metrics provided by Apple (download counts, crash reports) which cannot identify individual users.
Momo does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require any personal data to function. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
