By downloading or using Birthday Countdown, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Cloud Motion Lab LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Birthday Countdown on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
Birthday Countdown offers an optional Pro upgrade via weekly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscription payments are charged through your Apple ID upon confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. The lifetime purchase is a one-time non-refundable payment that unlocks Pro features permanently. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
The weekly subscription includes a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Apple ID will be charged the weekly subscription price. You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
Birthday Countdown may request access to your device contacts to import birthday dates. This access is optional and can be revoked at any time. Contact data is processed on-device only and is never transmitted to external servers.
Birthday Countdown is an event tracking and reminder tool provided for convenience. While we strive for accuracy, Cloud Motion Lab LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of countdown calculations, holiday dates, zodiac sign derivations, or notification delivery timing. Users should not rely solely on this app for critical date reminders.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
Birthday Countdown is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cloud Motion Lab LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to missed events or incorrect date calculations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cloud Motion Lab LLC operates.
