This Privacy Policy describes how Cloud Motion Lab LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Spirit Box: Ghost Detector EVP mobile application ("the App").
The App is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All sensor data (magnetometer readings) is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to any server.
The App uses your device's magnetometer (compass sensor) to detect electromagnetic field fluctuations. This data is processed locally on your device in real time and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted. No sensor data leaves your device.
The App plays pre-recorded audio clips stored locally within the App. No audio is recorded from your environment. No microphone access is required or used.
If you choose to record a session, the recording is stored locally on your device. You control whether to save, share, or delete it. We never access your recordings.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve ads, including:

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information. Subscription management and billing are handled by Apple. For details, see Apple's Terms and Conditions.
We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking tools beyond what is provided by AdMob and Apple's standard App Store analytics.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
The App is designed for entertainment purposes only. It does not actually detect ghosts, spirits, or paranormal activity. Electromagnetic readings shown are real sensor data but should not be interpreted as evidence of supernatural phenomena.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
