By downloading or using Decibel Pro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Decibel Pro is a sound level measurement tool intended for informational and educational purposes only. The App is not a certified sound level meter and should not be used as a substitute for professional-grade measurement equipment.
You agree not to rely on the App for any purpose that requires certified or legally compliant noise measurements, including but not limited to workplace safety compliance, legal disputes, or regulatory assessments.
Sound level readings are approximate and depend on your device's microphone hardware, calibration settings, and environmental conditions. Readings may vary between devices. The App does not guarantee the accuracy of any measurement.
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans to remove advertisements:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
All content, design, and code in the App are the property of Cloud Motion Lab LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cloud Motion Lab LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to inaccurate readings, hearing damage, or decisions made based on the App's measurements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming.
