Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Magnifying Glass Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Magnifying Glass Pro is a utility application that uses your device's camera to magnify text and objects. The App provides zoom, flashlight, image freeze, and image enhancement features for personal, non-commercial use.

Subscriptions & Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases:

• Weekly Subscription: $1.99/week with a 3-day free trial. Auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Lifetime Access: $4.99 one-time purchase. Removes ads permanently.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID Settings. No refunds are provided by Cloud Motion Lab LLC — all refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Free Trial

The weekly subscription includes a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged $1.99/week. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Advertisements

Free-tier users will see advertisements provided by Unity Ads. Ads are displayed as full-screen interstitials between actions. Purchasing a subscription or lifetime access removes all advertisements.

Permitted Use

You may use the App for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to infringe on the privacy or rights of others
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Camera & Photo Library

The App requires camera access to function. Camera data is processed entirely on your device. If you choose to save images, the App writes to your photo library with your permission. We do not access, collect, or transmit your camera feed or saved images.

Disclaimer

Magnifying Glass Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The App is not a medical device and should not be used as a replacement for prescribed optical aids, corrective lenses, or professional vision care. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of magnification for any specific purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Motion Lab LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
