By downloading or using Interval Timer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Cloud Motion Lab LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Interval Timer on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
Interval Timer offers an optional Pro upgrade via weekly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscription payments are charged through your Apple ID upon confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. The lifetime purchase is a one-time non-refundable payment that unlocks Pro features permanently. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
Interval Timer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cloud Motion Lab LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cloud Motion Lab LLC operates.
