Cloud Motion Lab ("we", "our", "us") operates the Ghost Detector: EMF Scanner mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We value your privacy and collect minimal data:

• Sensor Data: The App accesses your device's magnetometer (compass sensor) to provide electromagnetic field readings. This data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted, stored, or shared.
• Camera Data: If you use the Night Vision feature, the App accesses your device camera. Camera data is processed on-device only and is never transmitted or stored by us.
• Purchase Information: If you subscribe to Pro, Apple processes and manages all payment information. We do not have access to your payment details.

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

• Google AdMob: Displays advertisements in the free version. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit: Manages in-app subscriptions. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. Data Storage

Your app preferences (sound settings, sensitivity settings) are stored locally on your device using standard device storage. We do not operate servers or databases. No personal data leaves your device through our App.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 12+ due to infrequent horror/fear themes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

5. Entertainment Disclaimer

Ghost Detector: EMF Scanner is an entertainment application. The App uses your device's magnetometer sensor to create an immersive experience. All ghost detections, names, types, and readings are generated for entertainment purposes only and cannot be scientifically verified. The App does not detect, communicate with, or provide evidence of paranormal entities.
